Item 5 approached Ella Creative Studio to develop a custom private website for 800 Ox Eye, a 6,426-square-foot residence designed by architect Rez Lankerani.

The digital experience was designed to feel quiet and highly considered, allowing the architecture, interiors, and spatial details of the home to speak for themselves. Rather than following the conventions of traditional real estate marketing, the direction leaned editorial and restrained, with an emphasis on pacing, atmosphere, and presentation.

The result was a highly elevated digital presence tailored specifically to the property itself, creating a viewing experience that led to sell.
